Happy Halloween you lil SPOOKS! <3 The older C & I get, the more we appreciate this holiday! (Is it bad to say I'm already looking forward to Halloween next year?!)

Anyways!.. We've been festive all October long with our Atlasware water bottles! We HAVE to have our Atlasware bottle at all times! It keeps our water cold for 24 hours, and my cocoa HOT for 18! Chase & I used ours all summer when we were working outside, and now we put our cocoa in it if we're up early in the morning or up in the mountains! This water bottle went from a luxury to a necessity within a few weeks! (We always wonder how we survived with out it/why doesn’t everyone have a water bottle that’s this amazing, festive, & functional.) If you love the outdoors/work outdoors you need this water bottle! <3 Atlasware for the Win! <3

We hope you all have a wonderful Halloween! Stay warm & stay safe loves! xx

THE WEDDING

Six months ago I made the most important decision of my life, and said yes to forever with the man of my dreams. <3

It’s crazy to think that Chase and I have been “The Allens” for half a year already. I honestly don’t know where the times goes! I suppose it just passes you by when you’re on cloud 9.

I truly feel like I’m the luckiest in the world. I can’t begin to tell you in words how much I love this man.. Or even how much he means to me. But I can tell you that without him, I am incomplete. He makes my life come to life, and I can’t imagine my world without him.

So here’s to us babe <3 to the last 6 months, to our perfect day, to our endless future, and our once in a lifetime love. <3

Family is absolutely everything to us. <3 We definitely lucked out in that department! (We also consider our friends family, and are so grateful for each one of them. Don’t know where we’d be with out you guys!) Love you all!

Cutest flower girls in the world! Wearing Bliss Tulle <3

The most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen in my life. <3 My talented friend & florist Madison Murdock (Bloom by Madison) did everything when it came to our flowers! I was so busy planning countless things, and she just took charge! (And I’m so grateful because I couldn’t have picked them better myself!) Madison’s arrangements are just as dreamy as she is. <3

We held our wedding dinner, ring ceremony, and reception at The Manor located in the Riverwoods. The Manor is directly across the way from the restaurant Chase & I went to on our very first date. <3

One of my favorite parts of our wedding day was the ring ceremony. I. love. kids. Have since I was just a youngin myself!

Chase & I wanted all of the littles in our lives to take part in our special day. And we’re so glad we did! THEY WERE ALL SO CUTE!

When the ring ceremony first started, our 10 flower girls walked down the isle with me holding my train. (In fact, they held that baby so tight it was riding up my body haha!) When I reached Chase, they all plopped down on the floor right behind me. I didn’t notice this at first, but when I looked back and saw all of their perfect faces right behind me I wanted to cry.. They looked like angels. The bond I have with all of the littles in my life is unbreakable. I’m so grateful for the relationships I have with these angels. <3

This right here basically sums us up. Hahaa! Us Allens in our natural habitat!

Chase and I both have an obsession with food. We couldn’t decide on one cake, so we had three! Gluten free, delicious, and absolutely gorgeous! Cassidy Budge from Flour & Flourish did our cakes and she was phenomenal! From the taste, to the last detail, every “piece” was perfection!

Jessica Janae photographed our wedding and I wouldn’t of had it any other way! Jessica’s talent is indescribable.. I have been in love with her work for years. If I could have picked anyone in the entire world to document our big day, it would be her. <3 Simply put, her pictures are timeless..

Not only did she capture each moment of our day to perfection, but she kept my mood light and happy when I needed it! She has the best personality and was beyond a dream to work with! (Jess, I seriously  love you to death! Thank you for being amazing!)

Another person who went above and beyond their job for our wedding was my hair and makeup artistVivian Johnson. She kept me calm when things took a wrong turn, she kept me fed + entertained, she put up with me when I was being a diva, and she made absolute sure that I felt like the most beautiful woman in the world each time she got me ready.

The way Vivian makes you look and feel is amazing. There’s honestly no better feeling!

We started makeup and hair at 7:00 a.m. & it still looked flawless by the end of the night! There’s no one else I would have trusted to get me ready for my important day! (Viv, thank you SO MUCH for all you did for me! My day wouldn’t have been complete without you <3 You’re one amazing soul, & I love you to death!)

Mark Keysor did our wedding video. To say I’m obsessed is in understatement! (With Mark & his work!) Chase & I could both watch this video over & over again. It takes us right back to this perfect day. <3 I love reliving our special day and seeing all of these beautiful little moments. If you’re getting married in the near future, I HIGHLY recommend having a video done! Nothing compares to it!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who helped make our day a dream come true <3 We love you all! xx

LIFE IS GRAND

Heeyy BB’s <3 I’m SO excited to share my weekend at The Grand America with you all! This is one of the most luxurious hotels Utah has to offer. If you haven’t had the pleasure of staying at The Grand, I hope this post can take you there! <3

Let’s start with the view (:

I stayed on the 22nd floor, and could see the entire city! Looking down and around was a treat all in itself!

This is the yard in the middle of the hotel. The hotel walls reach all the way around the yard, it’s breathtaking. I could stare at this all day <3
Down in the yard is equally as dreamy..

Breakfast & my city view = heart eye emojis

The rooms are absolutely darling! They have the most un city like vibe about them, which I love! The floral carpet, the colored wall paper, and the pink pillows/furniture give you a feeling like you’re in a princess room!

(Don’t mind the piece of chocolate on my bed) (;

Peeks of floral carpet through these little plates of heaven!

Bathroom. I could live in here.

And if I’m being honest. I practically did live in the bathroom over the weekend! I bought a new line of hair and smelly good products called Mermaid Perfume and I played with it ALL WEEKEND LONG!

Are you seeing the wallpaper? And the Mermaid perfume line? GAH CUTEST

I’m in love with my Mermaid Perfume! I’m perfume obsessed and this is a perfect addition to my collection! I snagged it from Anthropologie and it made its way to my house the day I left to Salt Lake!

&& these little guys make my hair so shiny and clean! Amazing smell & perfect size for travel! I got them just in time (:

I’ve used the Shampoo and Conditioner three times so far and I’ve loved them! My first use was at the grand because I got a little too much chlorine in my hair from the pool!

Speaking of pool….

I could stay here all day long. Sun. Shade. Piña coladas by the dozen. And quiet enough to read.

Why is pool food so good?! I need a day once a week to go relax at the pool with my piña  colada and chips and queso! And the burger…. And the fruit platter…….. Hahaa

Another pool that The Grand has is the indoor/spa pool.

Incredible, isn’t it?!

I went to the spa twice while I was there, I can never get enough of steam showers or saunas!

Chilled shower is gorge

Robe & slippers are too cute!

Womens lounge.

Besides the pool and spa, my other favorite things about The Grand is their Sweet Shop and their toy store!

The sweet shop (La Bonne Vie) had me hooked since I was 16! Their macaroons are absolutely insane!

This little beauty was sent up to my room from La Bonne Vie! This is a chocolate moose and macaroon cake! (Complete with chocolate dome)…. (And edible specks of gold) WHAT?!

The toy store (Jou Jou) is right around the corner from La Bonne Vie, this is a child’s heaven!

(But are you seeing that candy?!)

This hotel is stunning in every way. Many people in Utah like to come visit the lobby in the afternoons for Tea or to listen to the live music playing.

Personally I’m a fan of the Sunday brunch. All you can eat + blue grass = yes please!

Fresh flowers in the lobby? Of course.

Can I just live here?….

Every inch of The Grand America is heaven on earth. If you haven’t had the pleasure of staying there yet, GET ON IT! I can’t think of a more beautiful, relaxing place to spend a couple days at!

Thanks for reading guys <3 You’re all so good to me! I hope you enjoyed this glimpse at the grand! xx|BA

WALDORF ASTORIA

Good morning my loves! I’m so excited to share my stay at Waldorf Astoria in Park City with you all!

Believe it or not, I AM a morning person! I’m not normally this happy when I wake up, but I’m always this happy when I wake up in Park City! Especially in beds that are WAY more comfortable than mine and have 4 massive fluffy pillows that are softer than clouds!

When I think of Park City, I think of snow, winter, and extreme sports! But when I think of Waldorf Astoria, I think of lounging, pool days, sorbet, and blue skies!

Waldorf Astoria does Summer right! Their pool is absolutely stunning! It’s surrounded by at least 50 padded beach chairs, 3 massive canopies, and a gourmet snack shack making it easy to spend your entire day their!

Waldorf Astoria’s outdoor pool is hands down my favorite in Park City! Between a gorgeous view, comfortable places to lounge, and full outside service, it’s hard to beat!

If & when you ever decide to come back in from the pool, you’ll die. Waldorf Astoria is simply STUNNING!

This is the lobby and entry way, isn’t it a dream?! The chandeliers and the huge stair case kill me! It’s absolute perfection! There’s also a little restaurant called Powder to the left of the lobby. And just like the lobby, powder is nothing short of perfection!

Breakfast from powder anyone? (;

If you would rather dine out, or spend more of your time outside, you’re in the perfect spot! First of all, the Canyons Ski resort is both directly to the side and behind the Waldorf Astoria! You can walk/hike around, or take the lift and ride through the Canyons to see the most beautiful views!

Waldorf Astoria is also one of the closer lux hotels to Park City’s amazing outlets & newer shopping area! (The Whole foods, Zoupas, Five Guys area!) It’s approximately a 5 minute drive, you can’t beat that!

The Waldorf Astoria also offers amazing spa services, golfing, fitness center & fitness classes, events, dining, and more!

If you haven’t stayed here before, ITS A MUST! Especially since it’s summer! Go treat yo self! Ashlee, Emily, & I had an absolute BLAST! I’m already dying to go back! ): Till we meet again my love </3 ILY WA

MONTAGE

If you’re friends with me on snapchat, you saw little bits & pieces of my incredible weekend at the Montage in Deer Valley!

The Montage combines pure luxury & elegance, giving you the experience of a lifetime! The Montage is without a doubt my favorite hotel in Utah. If I need a baby holiday or a mini stay-cation, my first pick is always the Montage!

This hotel is simply stunning. From the inside to the out, everything is refreshing, captivating, and appealing. The hotel itself is breath taking, & so is the view! You don’t see views like this at any other hotel, their location is on point!

Below is the view when it’s not snowy & foggy!

My favorite thing about the Montage is their spa. The Montage chain is known for having world class spas, not to mention the best Spa services around! Their spa is the most relaxing, clean, and gorgeous spa in Utah. (I’ve been to them all, and not one can compete with the Montage.)

K, this pool though

There are countless treatments offered at spa Montage. From massages to milk baths, they have it all. Over the weekend I did the hydro-shock treatment 3 times. It was heavenly!

Hydro-shock is a 30 minute treatment that helps clear your skin of acne, relaxes your muscles, brings a glow to the skin, and burns 1000 calories. (Hot & cold remedies that shock the body) Nothing makes my body feel better than hydro-shock treatment, I could do it every day!

During the month of May (and the first 15 days of June), locals are given 50% off the day admission cost (normally $55) and 25% off of any spa treatment, so that families can give Mom a great experience at the spa while the family can enjoy the recreation at Compass Sports. To do this, request the Utah Mom’s special and the discount will be applied. <3 You’re welcome!

I’m glad I was burning calories that way, because I ate myself silly over the weekend! The Montage has a restaurant called the Apex, and it’s my favorite breakfast place in Utah! Their eggs benedict is divine…. Chase and I go grab breakfast there every few months when we have something worth celebrating! It’s worth the drive! Also, when you book a room, it comes with a $50.00 breakfast credit, so you HAVE to try it!

The most incredible steak nachos of life ^^

There’s also a little gelato shop inside the hotel. I had some raspberry sorbet that melted in my mouth.. It was to die for! The sorbet and gelato are all house made! So you can only experience it’s goodness at the Montage!

It was snowing Friday & Saturday when I was there, or I would have gone around their trails and done some hiking or biking! Their mountainside is lovely, and they have any gear you might need on hand! (Sunday was Sunny but I spent all my time at the spa!)

In the winter, Deer Valley ski resort is open and directly in the back yard of the montage! The Montage will keep you entertained in any weather!

I love that this hotel is also for kids. They have a craft room/child care for children, a bowling alley, multiple pools, and nightly s’mores at the fire pits! So you can go get your nails done while your kids are crafting to their hearts desire!

Jordan & Chase doin hood rat thangs ^^

The rooms here are immaculate. Perfectly white fluffy beds, decks with outrageous views, heated bathroom floors, bathtubs that fill up above your shoulders, flat screen tv’s, heck, there’s even a phone in the bathroom! If that’s not completely fancy, then I don’t know what is!

Park City is a perfect vacation spot. I believe it accommodates to everyone’s life style! The artists, the shopaholics, the adventurists, the travelers, the dog lovers, the foodies, the film junkies, the extreme athletes, the politicians, the families, the honey mooners, the country folk, and SO many more! Park city is for everyone, there are bits & pieces that interest everyone all around the city!

Main Street is my favorite little area. So much is compiled on this street! The food, shopping, and art is all phenomenal! I definitely tore up main over the weekend, and picked up a darling outfit from Olive and Tweed that you’ll see on the blog later this week! Their store is darling! And it accommodates to everyone’s check book! The prices have a large range and everything is adorable! Olive and Tweed carries 3 of my favorite brands; Free People, BB Dakota, & Gentle Fawn!

Here’s a peek of Olive & Tweed!

Speaking of shopping, the Montage also has a few gift shops you can stop into! One has luxury clothing, unique gifts, and randoms, while the other is more sport and wellness based!

Montage carries lululemon (: (YAASSSS!) I love checking out their gift shop because what lulu sells out of, Montage seems to have in stock! (It’s a win for us!)

As you can tell, my weekend at the montage couldn’t have been more perfect! If you’re in need of a holiday, need a honey moon hotel, or an anniversary celebration, the Montage will exceed your expectations by 100%! There is no better hotel in UT!

Outside pool on Sunday once the snow was gone!

Dogs are allowed! I didn’t bring Tuesday though, she’s no where near trained yet!

Letters to the room? (: I felt so special!

Till we meet again my love. xx|BA

NEW YORK FASHION WEEK

HEY MY PEEPS! AHHH sorry it’s been so long since I’ve posted! New York got biz-zay! Anndd the Wifi was horrible! TOO MANY PEOPLE!

Are you ready to hear about Mercedes Benz Fashion Week?! (: And all of the craziness that happened on my trip?! Good, because you’re GETTIN it!

My first day on this journey consisted of flights, sleeping, checking out the city, and shopping in Soho!

My friend and I stayed at the Empire Hotel (gossip girl hotel) and it was the absolute best place to stay for fashion week! The Lincoln center and tents were 20 steps out of the lobby! I was so grateful that our hotel was so close to everything! It made walking in the cold so much easier!

Day 1 Pics (:

Where the magic happens (:

My home for the week!

My boo Jessa & I being girly in Sephora! If you added me on snapchat during the trip, you saw a lot of her!

My second day in the city was day one of shows! I went to two shows and it was so cool to see how it all works!

My first show was Mark & Estel, and it was honestly the best way to kick off Fashion week! They were so good to me. They gave me an amazing front row seat to the show, sweetest goodie bag, and they even scheduled me for a fitting (which I missed and felt horrible about..) But honestly, as a new blogger & a baby blogger, they made me feel important and apart of the industry! I loved them, and their show couldn’t have been more fun! Mark and Estel put on a rock concert at the end of their show! Hahaa it was so strange but they are both so artistic and rad that it worked!

My next show was simply gorgeous.. Monique Lhuilier! She had some of the prettiest beading & gowns I had ever seen.. Her models had a really fun runway to walk on and it was cool to see how she styled the walking/positioning for her show! Everything about it was dreamy and unique!

The looks for both of these shows were completely different. Mark & Estel’s was very street and almost grunge, while Monique Lhuilier’s was elegant, classy, and over the top fancy!

Pre Show!

Mark & Estel Models

I wish you could see this better.. Beautiful gold chaining on this jacket! It was to die for!

THEE Mark & Estel Rock Concert Mid Runway Hahaa!

Fin of M & E

Monique Lhulier Army

These models had the most beautiful gowns.. The lights were so bright and the gowns were so shiny that it’s hard to get a good pic of them! Sorry guys!

Walking down the runway and posing onto the stairs.. This was so entertaining to watch!

Valentine’s Day was next & I took a break from all things fashion and did the touristy things! I checked out Times Square, the Empire State Building, a cute lil German restaurant, and almost the Brooklyn bridge! I say almost because I was so cold and couldn’t stay outside any longer! (Hahaa seriously I’m the biggest baby) I loved seeing the city.. But honestly, it wasn’t what I expected it to be. I always imagined New York being glamorous, but it’s actually a really fast paced, dirty city. There was trash all over the roads, everything is old, and the poverty was breaking my heart..

I thought I would be obsessed with the city, but I wasn’t really into it until the next day!

Here are my day 3 super touristy pics!

Times Square (: people were getting married all over the street because it was V-Day! Hahaa

On top of the Empire State building! There were also people getting married up here…. hahaa! It was the most amazing view of the city from up here.. I loved it.

I got lost on the subway, but found this gorgeousness..

Day 4 had me falling in love with NY.. My friend & I went 10 minutes outside of the city and it was quiet, clean, unique, and romantic. There were gorgeous structured buildings and apartments there, and unique salons and shops. Kind of what I would imagine Paris to look like! I could have stayed there forever.. I immediately wanted to move there and never leave!

That night I had a few shows! I attended Hendrik Vermeulen, Rozalia Bot, Landi Accessories, & Antonio Urzi’!

The Landi Accessories & Antonio Urzi shows were the most unique shows I have ever seen! For the Landi Accessories show, the models were both male and female, and splattered with paint. It was so cool to see the way it was styled.. The accessories were the only things not covered in paint, they were gorgeous and really stood out!

The Antonio Urzi show was insane.. The only way I could describe it is human gladiator gods and goddesses walking down the runway. Full on metal suits, dresses, helmets, and more. He has designed pieces worn by Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, and more. So you KNOW his pieces were killer!

Half way through his show, a man came out with a prosthetic leg matching his metal costume. And after him, a girl with a prosthetic arm matching her dress, and after that, models in wheel chairs which their chairs matching their insane costumes. It was so cool.. And it really made a fashion statement. Scratch that. It made a statement. To everyone. It was amazing to see.. This was my favorite show I attended.

The cute and quiet side (:

Little apartments! They were adorable….

Near death experiences in the taxi calls for a pic!

Antonio Urzi kick off.. These girls acted as guards for the runway.. It was so cool!

Landi Accessories

I have no idea why my pictures are flipped…. This girl had a prosthetic arm that matched this dress. It was beautiful.

Between fashion shows, being a tourist, eating out every meal, and shoots, I thought I had experienced all of NY. But NY decided I needed to stay a little longer.. Hahaa!

LONG STORY SHORT; I got stranded, alone, in the big apple! IT WAS INSANE! The weather was bad, I missed a flight, had a flight delayed, had one cancelled, one rebooked, experienced more bad weather, all during an extended weekend with banks closed complete with JFK craziness, I got stuck in New York for 3 extra days! It was a bad situation.. I don’t know what it is about me, but I always unintentionally end up in bad situations! It sucks! But, it makes for great stories (; so that’s one good thing!

Through all the craziness, I was very blessed through it all. I had people watching over me, protecting me, praying for me, and helping me the entire time I was stranded.

I felt like Heavenly Father was saying “Ok BA, you need to experience this to see the real world and become more independent!” As scary as it was at the time, I’m so grateful now to have experienced it all.

Sooo…. my New York trip went from being a 5 day adventure to a week & a half! I wouldn’t have had it any other way!

Last day having brunch for the second time at Sara Beths! Eggs benedict with crab <3 Central Park was directly to the left of this!

Jessa, our Sister, and I having uncontrollable manes! The sickest 4 story toy store! It had the piano from “BIG!” So sick!

Last pic in the center! ):

Bye Lincoln ):

Bye Empire

Bye yummiest chowder house.. But not quite bye NY….

Sooo…. my New York trip went from being a 5 day adventure to a week & a half! I wouldn’t have had it any other way!

I’m so grateful that I was able to go and experience the last Mercedes Benz Fashion Week! This was the last fashion week by Mercedes Benz, ever. Being able to attend it as a 4 month old blogger, get sponsors, and be invited to shows by the actual designers was a complete dream come true for me.

I’d like to thank you all for your love and support on my journey thus far. You’re all amazing and I adore you all! <3 Thanks for Lovin me peeps! I wish I could meet each and everyone of you and express my gratitude for you all! ILYSM! xx|BA

If you see it then you’ll know!

Last Glimpse.. Til next time NY!
