Black and white striped anything & EVERYTHING is and has always been my favorite thing to wear. You could say I like it A LATTE! (Cause it’s a latte, and I like it a latte.) HA! K I’ll stop being a dork now. 

I wanted to show this tee styled two ways and prove you can wear a simple tee to the office aside from the weekends! For a business casual look I paired this tee with a blazer and knee high boots, looking 100% office appropriate! After meetings/work I’d swap my sunglasses in for a cute cap like this and go hit the town/meet up with Chase for dinner! For a weekend look, I’d ditch the blazer altogether, swap the boots for some converse, possibly add a denim jacket, and I’m good to go! 

I got this entire outfit from Lulus and have been wearing it to and from meetings, on date night, and on the weekend! I really can’t get enough of these stripes! Hanging out in Park City this weekend while this outfit has me feeling like Paris! (But I’ll take Park City any day! It’s my favorite place in Utah!)

Happy Labor Day everyone! I hope you're all enjoying the extra long weekend and spending it in a fun, relaxing way! <3  

Chase & I are up the canyon camping with his family this weekend! I'm not much of a camper, but I do love being out in the cool mountain air! There's something about Utah mountains this time of year that's just magical. 

The leaves have barely started to change and its got me all excited for autumn! Everything about autumn makes me giddy. The crisp air, the colorful leaves, the holidays, the pumpkin flavored everything, and of course, the fashion! Fashion this time of year is better than any other time! (Cold enough to layer, but warm enough not to cover your outfit with a coat!) Kinda like this outfit!

Theres a two month period out of each year where I craavvee color! Hint* the time is now! The blazing Utah heat and long lit days turn my neutral themed closet into a rainbow!  (It also turns my chocolate cravings into fruit.. but that's irrelevant!) 

When I saw this swimsuit & cover up at Free People (one of my favorite shops) I HAD to have them! There's not a cuter outfit + swimmer to wear to the pool or the beach than this Free People duo! 

And as far as accessories go, my unicorn from #Floaty is taking the crown! This unicorn is my favorite pool float I've ever owned! Not because it's giant, or rainbow, or darling, but because it inflates and deflates SO FAST! Honestly it takes 2 minutes to inflate (which is LIGHTNING FAST compared to all of my other floats) and deflates in a minute! (Also, crazy crazy fast compared to the rest of my collection!) If you've been wanting a floaty, this unicorn is your jam!

One of my favorite ways to begin transitioning my closet into spring is 1. Get rid of anything I haven't worn in a year. (You too! Seriously. You DONT need it!) 2. Wash & steam my clothes so everything is fresh & clean. & 3. Hop online and start browsing new arrivals! This time of year I find myself shopping for blouses, lace tops/dresses, and pastels. I'll start wearing the blouses & the lace items immediately, but hold off on the pastels until March/April. (Depending on Utahs bipolar weather.)

First off, I apologize for being MIA last week. Thank you all again for your love and support with the passing of my Dad. Your kindness has made a huge difference. <3 I seriously love you all. 

Next on the list, where my CAPRICORNS at?! <3 I just found my new favorite tee and I think everyone needs it! It's an embroidered zodiac sign tee, and tbh I kind of want one in every sign for each month.. (I'm a Capricorn though, so obviously I repped my sign first! + Capricorns always start off the year!) Not only is the "embroidered tee" currently trending, but so are zodiac/astrology signs! Everyone. Go get your sign on. You can find these babies at Project Social T! Lastly, I just struck gold in the biker jacket department! I'm always on the hunt for a good biker jacket that's high quality, looks amazing, and is affordable. As many of you know, I'm in love with All Saints jackets, but I can't justify splurging $800.00 on one thing.. (Plus Chase would literally kill me!) One of my all time favorite trends is High-Low dresses! High-Lows are flattering on everyone, including us short people! (I'm 5"2, but my attitude 6"1.)

I find myself wearing High-Lows more in the fall/winter because they keep my legs warm in the back, and the front is more open/fun! (It's like a fashionable mullet in reverse if you will.. business in the back, party in the front.) Yes I just said that. Sorry not sorry <3

Don't get me wrong, I definitely wear High-Lows all year round! I'll pair this dress with boots & a thick cardigan for a fall/winter look, and wear strappy sandals with a light wash denim jacket for spring/summer!

Happy Halloween you lil SPOOKS! <3 The older C & I get, the more we appreciate this holiday! (Is it bad to say I'm already looking forward to Halloween next year?!) 

Anyways!.. We've been festive all October long with our Atlasware water bottles! We HAVE to have our Atlasware bottle at all times! It keeps our water cold for 24 hours, and my cocoa HOT for 18! Chase & I used ours all summer when we were working outside, and now we put our cocoa in it if we're up early in the morning or up in the mountains! This water bottle went from a luxury to a necessity within a few weeks! (We always wonder how we survived with out it/why doesn’t everyone have a water bottle that’s this amazing, festive, & functional.) If you love the outdoors/work outdoors you need this water bottle! <3 Atlasware for the Win! <3
