Your personal guide to southern Utah is HERE! <3 We’re letting you know the best places to stay, where to find the best grub, what to pack, what activities to do, and all the other goods you need to know!  ENJOY GUYS! xx

Stay: Our favorite places to stay are Entrada, Inn on the Cliff, Sports Village, or Las Palmas! Entrada is our favorite, but it’s also the priciest! We recommend Entrada for a special occasion or romantic getaway! For something family & budget friendly we recommend Sports Village or Las Palmas!  

Eat: There’s definitely more chains in this area than most, but a few of the locally owned spots are beyond drool worthy! Our favorites are Anasazi Grill, the restaurant at The Inn on the Cliff, Pizza + Pasta Factory, Poncho Leftys, Freddy’s, Croshaw Pies, & 25 Main!

Pack: Light, airy, & comfy clothing is the only way to go in Southern Utah! It’s so dang hot, you have to dress accordingly! I did some shopping before we left at Vici Collection and got everything for my trip from clothes to accessories from their store! Everything was under $50.00, and I used my discount code BRIT20 to get 20% off my entire purchase! Vici had some super cute graphic tees and light weight tee shirts, tons of beautiful airy dresses, swim cover ups, rompers, denim shorts, sandals, the whole she-bang! 10/10 would recommend checking Vici Collection out before you head of town/need a new outfit for something! <3 We also recommend packing sunscreen, a swimsuit, & some hiking clothes & shoes! 

Play: Southern Utah Is jam packed with activities, but you have to get outdoors! Our favorite things to do are hike at Zions, (angels landing is our favorite hike) visit Dixie rock, (get to the beautiful red rock with no hiking at all) golf, (our favorite courses are Coral Canyon, Entrada, and Sandhallow) visit Pine Valley, Snow Canyon state park, visit Towne Square Park, (splash pad & carousel for kids) swim/boat, (local pool or Sandhallow) Helicopter rides over Zion, Veyo pool, & play pickle ball or tennis! (There are courts everywhere!)

Need to know(s): If you stay at any of the resorts listed above, you’ll be about an hour and a half out of Las Vegas! If you want to shop, go straight to Vegas! Southern Utah has horrible shopping.  

Usually Southern Utah is fairly warm in the winter, but it’s been getting snow the last few years! If you want to hit the outdoor stuff, go before December!  

There’s a billion more things to do here (especially when it comes to hiking) but in this post we wanted to give you everything. Not just the hikes! However, if you’re wanting a full blown hiking experience, we recommend staying in Zion and looking up some of the hikes to see what’s best for you/your family!

Thinking about sending these pics to NASA because my mom says I’m a star! (; jk. You could say I’m a little obsessed with stars though. Taking advantage of Utahs scenery more than ever before. Honestly, I really love being outdoors. Especially in a cute outfit like this! I love how this outfit meshes with the mountains and the weather so perfectly. For once, I feel like I belong in Utah!   

I bought both this sweater & denim from Vici Collection! I knew I had to have them the second I saw them. I’ve been looking for a Pom Pom sweater and this one is the ultimate! It’s comfortable, soft, has the cutest poms, perfect neutral color, and it’s not over done on the poms, just perfect! I also fell in love with these suspender jeans the moment I tried them on! Ok, who watched my insta stories yesterday?! <3 It was my moms 51st birthday, and I planned a little surprise for her!  

I contacted Good Things Utah (Utahs BEST day show) and the hosts from the show agreed to come have lunch at Blue Lemon and do nails at Amara Day Spa with my mom and I for her birthday! I didn’t mention anything to my mom and was anticipating her reaction for weeks!   (My mom has watched their show everyday for YEARS and is literally obsessed with them!.. The Good Things Utah hosts are Beyonce in her eyes!) 

When we got to Blue Lemon and she saw one of the Hosts by her birthday balloons, she started bawling. (Emphasis on BAWLING!) She couldn’t stop hugging/laughing/crying over the hosts! It was so cute!! I took a video but my phone glitched and it didn’t save! (Curse you apple update!) It was an amazing moment to witness!

After lunch we headed to Amara Day Spa (my go to salon & spa in Utah) with the GTU girls for some much needed pampering and girl talk! There was talk of dating, being a mom, how to properly put on your bra, and more! (I also convinced them to tell me what they’re dressing up as for Halloween! Sorry though, I don’t leak secrets!)

My mom was on cloud 9 the entire day! In fact, she’s still on cloud 9 today hahaa!  

I just wanted to say thank you to the GTU hosts for being so kind, loving, charitable, and for making my moms birthday the best yet! We are so grateful for all of you and love you from the bottom of our hearts! I also wanted to say thank you to Amara Day Spa for making us feel like princesses! There’s isn’t another place in Utah I would want to take all these beautiful women to for a day of pampering! 

Lastly, I want to say thank you to my MOM! Thanks for being my mom KAWI ANDWUS! You are an amazing woman & mother, and I’m lucky to be your daughter! Happy 51st mom <3 I love you!!

I received a few emails last night from you guys saying you’ve loved these “pink posts” I’ve been doing! (If you’re late to the pink party, I’m wearing pink all week as my own personal way to help raise breast cancer awareness! It is national breast cancer awareness month after all!) One of the emails I received had me laughing SO HARD I was in tears! Someone thought I should show some boob, cleavage, or grab my chest for the next set of pics to help raise awareness!.. Lucky for them I have a great sense of humor! And unlucky for me I hardly have a chest hahaa! I’m still growing into my woman body! PLUS, I would NEVER do that! Sorry who ever you are!.. That’s just not me! (Thanks for the suggestion though! I really thought it was thoughtful and funny hahaa!) 

Todays outfit is for the minimalists/people who stick to neutrals! If I had to choose just one of these pink outfits to wear everyday, it would be this one! Going for a simple-stonewashed style with my Vici Collection pieces today and I LOVE the result!  

I love tomboy style, and am not surprised at all that Vici has pieces to pull off a classic-tomboy look! If you aren’t familiar with “tomboy” style, it’s like Madewell, Jcrew, or Clad & Cloth clothing!
